An injured Israeli soldier is evacuated from near the Israeli border with Gaza Strip on July 21, 2014, following heavy fights between Israeli soldiers to Palestinian militants. The UN Security Council called for an "immediate ceasefire" as Israel pressed on with a blistering assault on Gaza taking the Palestinian death toll above 500.
