Kuwaiti MPs vote during a parliament session at Kuwait's national assembly in Kuwiat City on February 11,2015 during which they approved a five-year development plan that envisages spending of 34.15 billion dinars ($116 billion/103 billion euros) on projects despite a sharp drop in oil prices.
