أكد المستشار الإعلامي لجهاز مكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية في ليبيا، ميلاد الساعدي، أن حوالي 700 ألف مهاجر غير شرعي يتواجدون حاليا في البلاد.
وقال الساعدي، إن جميع المهاجرين يحلمون بالوصول إلى أوروبا بأي ثمن، مضيفا أن سلطات بلاده تمكنت منذ بداية العام الجاري، بالتعاون مع المنظمة الدولية للهجرة، من ترحيل 13 ألف أجنبي وصلوا الأراضي الليبية بطريقة غير قانونية.
وتابع أن الدول العربية والإفريقية في مقدمة الدول التي تتعاون مع الجهاز الليبي لمكافحة الهجرة غير الشرعية، مضيفا أن 265 مهاجرا سيتم ترحيلهم إلى المملكة المغربية الأسبوع القادم بالتنسيق مع سلطات المملكة.
